Shipping Information

We ship all our fineries through our trusted courier "Nexus Express". Our fineries takes from 2-3 days to be delivered, depending on the demand traffic.

Delivery fees in Cairo — EGP 40 flat rate
Delivery fees in North Coast — EGP 120 flat rate (Delivery in 3-4 days)
World wide shipping fees — varies from country to another country, it's assigned per order

Returns & Exchanges policy

You get a chance of 7 days to return the finery, but of course the finery has to be in a mint condition with no scratches or showing any signs of mistreatment. Also the customer would have to pay the courier fees of the messenger who would come to pick up the order back.
